Poor quality for price. Website very hard to see actual product. Overall this company has lost me as a consumer due to decrease quality and also website steadily decreasing in quality... I can't even see product in full body anymore..
Very disappointed as still waiting for order from 25th May with no help with when my order will be shipped. I have messaged numerous times as they are Birthday gifts and I gave time to receive the order. Its an automated response which has informed me it was suspended then will be sorted then no date can be given. Its been paid for and using Covid19 as the excuse is nnot suitable. My worry now is for a refund. I don't mind if I'm told the items are not available or given correct dates I have never written a bad review anywhere so shall I put my annoyance down to the Covid19 situation!

I used to shop online with Chicos, but have stopped. There is no loyalty to a Passport member. I attempted to purchase a jacket (had it in my shopping cart) and while continuing to shop for additional items it was sold out. Most companies will give you a time limit for the items in your cart. NOT CHICOS!!!!! I called to complain but got the "thats our policy" excuse along with an additional example of the same thing happening to a lady attempting to purchase a dress for a wedding! Shame on Chicos, you CAN do better. I have learned from my experience. So much for trying to save Chicos additional shipping costs. I will just order EVERYTHING one item at a time since shipping is free to Passport members.
Return not credited for 4-6 weeks and don't know if it will be credited then. Will never order from this store again!
I love the clothes at Chico's. A little pricey, that is why I like the outlet. When you find a brand that fits and you are 68 yrs old you stick with it. Love the outlet store in Clinton CT. They ordered me something and said it would be 10days. Got it in 3. No shipping costs. I find the staff around my age so we can relate. I probably stop in there twice a month.
I go to chicos store 01258 a lot and can't say enough good about them especially Michele. They go out of their way to help you find what you want. They want you to try things on so they can get a feel for what you look good in, and they will tell you if they don't think it looks good on you but if you really want they will sell it to you. Try then one time and you will love them. I'm 78 and get compliments on my clothes all the time and I don't dress like an old lady or a young chick.
Worst customer service by a Chico’s employee. Totally ignored me and I was quite upset.

I placed an order that said it was processing for about 20 minutes and then they decided to cancel it! For no reason! So now I have no food very upsetting can't believe it
I purchased a sweater on March 13,2021. I wore it one time. It was very pretty. While hand washing it I found a hole in the fabric, not by the seam bet about an inch in where the fabric is unraveling. No pulls. It was probably like that when I bought it but I didn’t think to look for holes in a new spring sweater. Because I removed the tags I was unable to return it today 3/27/2021. I called their main headquarters and they said that’s their policy. They may have stolen my $40 but I will make sure they do not do it to others since I will never shop their again.

Ordered food from this place today and the worst service ever. Over 2 hours 15 minutes. After being lied to 6 times chasing for my food on the phone - I got just an apology and some crappy dessert. I would never order from here again, due to the horrendous service and lying staff.
I never write reviews and I don't like to give negative ones but after several complaints and ruining my top yesterday I am doing so. I have reviewed the tops before mentioning the scratch labels on many of the tops and how impossible it is to remove them without the chance of ruining the fabric. Yesterday I hit the wall. I was in a hurry to leave and put on a new ombré blue top just recently purchased. As usual the scratchy made it impossible to wear. I cut out the top as much as I could but left with just enough to make my neck itch. I made an attempt to cut off the leftover label and tore the fabric. Called customer service and had a very polite person tell me that I couldn't return or get credit for an "altered" product. Hopefully it doesn't get this person in trouble but she told me she has the same problem and cuts hers out. I couldn't even get a courtesy refund of the sales price I paid for it since it was now mysteriously not on sale. Been a Chico's customer for over 20 years. Never without an order usually. Now I will be. It can't be rocket science to get a different fabric for the label. Come on!
Horrible experience ordering Christmas gifts for my mom. Spent hours online trying to get items gift boxed w gift messages, system wouldn't save and I had to keep doing the order over. Online chats were not helpful solving the problem. Eventually got the order placed, then Chico's overcharged me for the gift boxes. Spent another hour online trying to get that fixed. Days later, got an email saying the order wouldn't arrive until after Christmas. Spent yet another hour on the phone w customer service trying to solve that problem. Good news is items have arrived -- BUT NOT 1 of the 6 items is gift boxed! I spent all that time (and was overcharged) for a gift boxing service (G-d forbid they could actually wrap something for $7 an item!) in order for my father to not have to wrap presents because of his severe arthritis. Spent another hour w customer service on the phone for them to say they could refund me the charge for gift boxing. Well, duh, you can't charge me for something I never got. What are you going to do for all my aggravation? Put on hold again for ages - to get 20% off a FUTURE ORDER?! Are you kidding me? Why would I ever order from Chico's.com again? I would give them a 0 if I could.

I'm not sure what Chico items you are talking about, but the majority are made with a material that easily washes and doesn't need ironing. In fact, you can pack a lot of their clothes and take them right out of the suitcase and wear. Maybe you are not buying the correct tops that go with your body. I would suggest when you go in the store is ask for assistance. They have shoppers for their customers that coordinate outfits and can pick out clothes that will look amazing on your body. Try that and then see how you feel about their clothes. I know I sound like I work for them, but I don't. I'm just a frequent customer that loves their clothes and sales and what their clothes do to my body.

I like their jeans but such mixed results with tops where they either need to be ironed or just don't look as great when you get them home or don't wash well.

Its pretty easy. Just call. But sometimes you will be on hold for awhile.
